Identity

We may struggle with identity questions throughout our lives. Some aspects of our identity are sexual identity, gender identity, professional identity, religious, cultural, social, political or family identity.

Finding some certainty around our identity may offer a stronger sense of confidence and security from which we can face the challenges that life may bring.
